How do I trust my cleaner when I don't know them? 

​

We understand that it is a big decision to let someone come into your home, especially when you are not home. All our cleaners are background checked and have a clear police check prior to commencing work with us. Rest assured that we only pick the best to represent us. We do not use contract cleaners, all of our cleaners are employed by us.

​

Do I supply anything? 

​

The only equipment we need supplied is a toilet brush. We bring all our own chemicals, cloths, mops, vacuums and anything else we need. Another tick off your list that you don't need to worry about! We can supply MSDS sheets for all chemicals used on request.

​

What if I have concerns about the way my cleaner has done something? 

​

Contact us, we love feedback - good or bad. It is a great way to always improve our service. If you want something done a certain way just let us know, you are allowed to be as fussy as you like!

How much does it cost? 

​

We provide a flat rate per clean, unlike many that charge by the hour. We offer packages to suit different budgets and can be tailored to your individual needs and home. When you contact us we will make a time that suits you to come to your home and discuss your needs. Once we have an idea of how we can help you we will email you through some information.

How do I book a clean? 

​

Simply email or call us and we will arrange a time to come and meet you. From there we will work out a day and time that suits you to get your first clean completed.

My home is really dirty, how will you get on top of it? 

​

We get it, life is super busy these days, who has time to work, run after the kids, grocery shop, cook and clean!? It doesn't matter if your home is not where you want it to be. We may recommend a deep clean or several deep cleans, depending on your budget to get everything back to square one then a regular clean from then on to maintain your home for you. 

​

Is there anything you don't clean? 

​

We clean pretty much anything that we can get our hands on, however, animal waste will incur an extra charge if we come across animal accidents in your home. We will always contact you to discuss animal waste before we act.

We don't clean TV screens (we will dust the back, top under and around) as they are specialised and should have a screen cleaner. If you do have your screen cleaner you can leave it out and we will clean your screen for you with what is supplied.

What if I need to cancel or change a clean?

​

Things happen! We are all very aware of this after the last few years. If you need to cancel a clean that is okay. We will go through how to cancel a clean when we organise your first clean for you.

How do I pay? 

​

We will send an invoice out on the day of your regular clean. Payment is due on receipt. The payment details will be on the invoice.  One off cleans, end of lease cleaning and pre-sale will require the invoice to be paid prior to the day of your clean.

How are you Covid safe?

​

If we are sick, we will do the right thing and postpone your clean, we will not risk your home. Regardless of whether it is Covid, the flu or something else. If you would like us to wear a mask when visiting you home, please let us know.
